REFUND POLICY

Your 100% satisfaction matters!

When you hire us, you recognize that our service fees are retainer or project-based for a period of time or for the completion of a project.

This means that when you pay us to perform, we do the work.

Results will vary month to month as with any type of marketing (online or offline) and website designs will go through phases.

Note: There are no magic pills that will produce immediate results overnight.

We do not offer refunds once our services have been provided. It’s like telling one of your employees you’re not going to pay them on payday after they’ve worked for two weeks.

If you are dissatisfied with any part of our work and you let us know, we will do our very best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. That is our promise to you.

If we are unsuccessful in resolving an issue to your satisfaction, our monthly retainer services (unless noted differently on your individual contract) can be canceled by submitting a written, 30-day cancellation notice to our company. Please see our terms of service to view our refund policy.

If a particular service that we provide can not be completed due to our capabilities, then we can offer a refund or provide an additional service based on your needs and mutual agreement.

Please note, that there is a 3% processing fee for any refunds via PayPal, Stripe, or credit card payments.
